At Mindful Mingle, our mission is to provide high-quality yoga and mental health awareness classes that are accessible to everyone. We believe that yoga can help improve physical and psychological health and are committed to making it available to all.
Our team of experienced instructors and consultants is passionate about yoga and helping others. They are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students, regardless of experience or ability level. The team has a combined total of 30 years of yoga practice.

We offer a variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences, including vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and more. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all, and we strive to create a safe and supportive space for everyone to practice.
